Featured Space: Jenny’s Street-Level Loft

Jenny’s clean, fresh DUMBO loft exemplifies the spirit of community. A fully-functioning home of a casting and creative services company, Creative Chaos, the space redefines production and serves as a collaborative, creative hub within the fashion industry. We chatted with Jenny to discover more about her minimal, stunning venue.

Check it out in the video below:

Enormous windows provide for a light-filled interior that is juxtaposed beautifully with unique art. Dramatic shadows during the day will accentuate any photo shoot, while industrial fixtures, white walls, and modern raw cement floors maintain an urban vibe.

Creative Causes, the philanthropic arm of Creative Chaos, is also housed in the wonderful space. The company is dedicated to giving knowledge and tools to women of all ages, allowing them to find inner strength and beauty. Because Creative Chaos works heavily in the fashion and beauty industries, they are easily able to access global resources for the organization. Creative Causes discusses issues such as gender inequality, body image, and self-esteem, aiming to empower girls and women alike.

When planning a large production, it tends to be difficult to find talent and resources that fit specified needs. Luckily, Jenny’s loft features a multitude of amenities; a projector, photography lighting, bathrooms, a kitchen, street-level access, and more make it the perfect destination for any film or photo shoot. Additionally, Creative Chaos is able to source photographers and select other creative agency partners to help you pave the way to success.

Jenny believes that moving into this space presented her company with the concept of placing more focus on the space in which they work. The physical space has a personality that Creative Chaos cherishes and embellishes. A lot of things happen in the space, and the connections made here truly bring people together.
